Bilbao Crystallographic Server Structure Utilities Help VISUALIZE

Visualize with Jmol

The program VISUALIZED is based on JSmol and visualizes the input structure description. The program by default shows one-unit cell. More unit cells can be visualized if the option "expand cell" is used.

You can drag the model with your mouse to visualize the structure description from different perspectives. One can visualize the polyhedral and bonds by selecting the options "polyhedra" and "bonds". The labels of the atoms in the structure can also be displayed if the option "labels" is selected.
